Greeting someone in (almost) every language!
If you didn't know, I LOVE LANGUAGES!!!! I love the idea of connecting with a person that lives far away from you and that only thinks in that language. I love the sounds of languages, their origin, their culture, OMG it just makes me so happy when I encounter someone that speaks a different language! |

When I grow up, I wanna be a polyglot (someone that speaks lots of languages); I wanna speak at least seven languages. I'm already in a good point: at the moment I speak Italian (native speaker), English, Spanish, Portuguese and even a little French (although I'm still learning all these languages - even my own.) I don't actually have any certification for foreign langauages since I'm self-taught; I believe that you can learn a language even if you're broke asf. Internet has lots of resources for language learning, including but not limited to:
- Youtube videos in foreign languages made by native speakers, like gameplays, vlogs or tutorials (usually it's better to start watching native speaker videos after you get the gist of the language; I did this for Spanish)
- Flashcard apps for vocabulary like Anki (both for PC and mobile)
- PDFs that include basic grammar rules (you can find them if you simply search "[language name] grammar pdf")
- Apps like Language transfer that give you basic grammar courses
- Other grammar apps (except Glossika, which is paid, and Duolingo which is just AI slop now)
Anyway, here are some ways to say "hello" and "goodmorning" in a lot of languages! Obviously I cannot add every single language that exists (there are more than 7000 languages in the world!!) but I added some of the most known ones.
